Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of confirmation of your order does not signify acceptance of your order by Naderslp.com, nor confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
If your order contains an item(s) that have been discontinued, you will be notified within 2-3 days and a full refund will be given.
There are no cancellations allowed on Special Order / Online Only orders placed online or In-Store. In store orders require a 50 percent deposit before the product will be ordered and must be paid off and picked up or delivered immediately after the special order merchandise arrives. For Special Order Online Only Orders, the order must be paid in full online, and there are no cancellations allowed. Those specials are not available in any of the store locations.

Nader's Knock Down of the Week
The Nader's Knock Down of the Week is an item that is marked down for the weekly special. Some items will be limited stock and deal will end when the stock is exhausted. Not all items will be available at all locations and some deals may only be available online. Some items may include free shipping if stated, otherwise shipping is the responsibilty of the customer.
Online Only Orders - Special Orders
Orders in the Online Only category are considered Special Orders. These products are only available to purchase from Naderslp.com and are not available in the showroom locations. There are no cancellations for these orders once the order is placed. The following Tab is placed in the description of all special order / online only orders:

Shipping Policy
Naderslp.com has a delivery charge of 80 dollars for any address within Southern California. Outside of Southern California, the customer may call for a quote in which naderslp.com will use a freight company to ship the merchandise. Nader's will honor 80 dollar delivery charge to Northern California except on any Living Room Products which will be a higher shipping fee due to its bulk.
All product will be shipped by either UPS, USPS, FedEx, 5 star rated Freight Company, or an independant carrier. Shipping costs will be customers responsibility unless otherwise noted. Customer will receive a tracking number by email for all carriers once the product is shipped.
Freight and Independant Carrier Shipping is 1st Level white glove delivery which means the company will take the product into the location on a single level residence. Any additional delivery instructions / needs will have an additional charge. 2nd Level White Glove can be quoted as well as 3rd Level with Assembly.
Please inspect your merchandise thoroughly upon delivery. Any damage or defect must be noted on your signed delivery slip and you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Depending on the severity of the damage, we will have the item repaired by a professional repair service at no charge to you; or, if the damage or defect cannot be repaired, we will arrange for replacement of the damaged piece.
If you wish to return any item for any reason other than delivery damage or defect, you must contact us within 3 days. Item(s) must be in new condition, you must use our carrier and you will be responsible for the cost of the return delivery and a restocking fee of 25 percent. Contact us to obtain the costs and procedures.
Shipping Option may be changed prior to order being shipped out to customers location.
All product is to be assumed unassembled. There may be assembly required on your product which Naderslp.com does not provide unless paid for through 3rd Level White Glove Delivery Service.
Orders will be shipped out to you within 1-10 days of the order being received. The freight carrier will contact you to set up a delivery time frame unless Fed Ex, USPS or UPS is delivering your product. Naderslp.com has the right to change carriers in order to get the product to the customer as soon as possible or if another carrier is needed.
We also offer the option of customer pickup at our local warehouse if you live in the area.

Returns and Cancellations of Orders
What is your Cancellation and Return Policy?
Naderslp.com does not sell the product based on the fact that it fits into your home or property. Please take all proper measurements to make sure that the product is right for you.
If your order is cancelled before shipment of your merchandise, there will be no charge for your cancellation. If merchandise has been shipped, you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges and that amount will be deducted from your refund amount. All cancellations must be notified in advance of delivery to the destination.

Returns will be based on a case by case basis. Generally, there are NO RETURNS but Naderslp.com may allow a return with a 25 percent restocking fee plus payment of ALL shipping fees. All returns must be in their original packaging. The refund will be given once the product is received.
Any orders that received Free merchandise or Free Shipping on an order that has been returned, the free items are included in the price of the merchandise and you will be responsible for payment of All shipping costs and Free Items.
Damaged Merchandise
What happens if my merchandise is Damaged on Delivery?
If the delivery arrives and the cartons are extremely damaged, please refuse the order. We will make sure that a new carton will be sent out immediately. If you find out that a piece is damaged after delivery, contact us as soon as possible and we will remedy the situation. If an exchange is sent out, the customer is responsible for all damaged merchandise being returned. If the merchandise is not returned, the customer will be charged again for the merchandise that was not returned. Damages older than 15 days do not have the option of being returned.
